1. How do I upload a file?
If you wish to upload a file to your account:
  1. Click "Browse"
  2. Select the file you wish to upload
  3. Click "Upload"
The upload progress bar will show you how much time until your file is complete.

2. What is the difference between the accounts?
Storage space is the main difference between the accounts.

3. Is emailAfile secure?
All users have the option to password protect any file he/she has uploaded.

4a. I need a file from a client, how can he/she upload the file to my account?
On the Navigation Menu, rollover "Control Center Menu" and select "Client File Manager". Click the link:
"Click here to invite a client to upload a file!"
Simply fill out the form. An email is sent to the recipient with instructions on uploading the file to your account. Once the file is uploaded, you will receive an email notifying you that the file is ready to be downloaded. Platinum Accounts only.

4b. Can we add emailAfile to our website?
Of course! emailAfile can be easily incorporated into your website, without losing the look and feel. Once a user uploads a file, you will be notified via email.

5. How do I download a file that was uploaded to my account? On the Navigation Menu, rollover "Control Center Menu" and select "Client File Manager". This will display a list of files that have been uploaded to your account. Simply click the file you wish to download.

6. I need a 1 month account with 100 mbs but do not see it listed as a plan? This is not a problem. We can create a Custom Account to fit your needs. Click here to contact a sales representative!

7. Why WinZip?
Winzip is used for two reasons. All files that are uploaded are zipped to allow you to easily download the files that are in your account. It is also used to help you utilize all of your available storage space by compressing large files.

8. How do I know if the file was downloaded?
Under "Tools" in the file manager, click "Tracking". This will display the date the file was downloaded and who it was downloaded by.

9. How will I know when my account will expire?
Account Terminated is located along with your account information when you log in.
